- What are your prices?
Our prices range from $11.00 and up.
- What are your packages?
We have a variety of packages to meet your needs.
- What sizes are available?
Our portrait sizes are from subwallets to 8x10's.
- How long will processing take?
You will receive your order within 2 weeks.
- Is there a sitting or a session fee?
No, there is not a sitting or a session fee.
- What should my child wear?
Your child should wear what she/he looks best in. Usually bright and solid colors work best.
- How else can I prepare my child for the sitting?
Just get your child ready as if it were a normal day at school.
- Are the portraits mailed to me or given to my child?
The school will decide how the packages will be released. It will either be to the school in your child's name or mailed to your home. Consult your school for more detail.
- Do you make any additional tones such as black and white?
Yes, black and white portraits are available as a special order. Please contact our customer service department by clicking HERE or calling us toll-free at 1-800-433-1869.
- What is Jeweltone?
Jeweltone is a color option to choose other than the normal blue/gray backround. Click HERE to see our Jeweltone selection.
- How can I change my order?
Because we process our orders quickly, orders can not be changed after the pictures have been taken. If you need additional pictures, you can reorder after you receive your pictures.
- How do I reorder?
A reorder form will be attached to the picture envelope when you receive your pictures, it will contain detailed instructions for you.
- How long after the sitting can I reorder?
There is no late fee upto 15 days after receipt of your order. However, after 15 days, there will be a late fee of $15.00.
- Can I reorder over the phone or online?
No, we must have a wallet and the payment before we can take a reorder. Please see the reorder form in your package.
- Do you take credit cards for reorders?
Yes, please see the order form that came in your package.
- How come it says "School Portraits Adjustment" for reorders?
This is just a standard address.
- How long will it take for a reorder?
You will receive your reorder in approximately 14 working days.
- When does the composite come?
The composite will arrive in April or May. The school will decide how the composite will be released. It will either be to the school in your child's name or mailed to your home. Consult your school for more detail.
- Do I have to pay a late fee?
After 15 days of the receipt of the origional order, a late fee of $15 is applied.
- I don't have my original paperwork, what information do I need to reorder?
Please contact our customer service department by clicking HERE or calling us toll-free at 1-800-433-1869 and they will mail a reorder form to you.
- What if I received the incorrect order?

- Is there a guarantee? What if I'm not satisfied?
Most schools offer retakes and you may have retakes at no additional charge. However, if you still are not satisfied, please return your package for a complete refund within 5 days of receipt of pictures. If you choose to return your package, there is a mailing label with the complete address on the envelope that your pictures arrived in that you can use to return your portraits. Any adjustments should be taken care of within 30 days to prevent a late fee from occurring.

- How come they send it to the wrong address and I filled out the camera card with the new address?
We have the address in the computer from the school already and it is in a file that is already in the system.
- What is the wallet bonus?
Wallet bonus is extra wallets included in a package for a few dollars more. ( hard to understand though if you see the package information.
- The wallets do not fit the key chain.
The wallets are a little bigger and have to be cut down to fit.
- When does the Memory book come?
Memory books come later after the prom pictures and will be mailed to the homes.
