Recommendations for SchoolsKeep parents informed and part of picture day. Having parent helpers at picture day is usually a good idea. Parents know what the students look like, and what kind of picture they would want. Students are less likely to goof around when parental authority is present. Try, if possible, to keep all HR Imaging Partners, Inc. employees together in one location. This usually helps picture day to run smooth and quickly, without confusion. Plan on having the lines form behind the backgrounds that the photographers will set up. Make sure there is power supply within 100 feet of photographer's location. Open boxes when sent to your school and read all information carefully. Make and print out a schedule for each camera you've requested, to coordinate with your school's schedule, lunch periods, gym classes, and recess. An example has been provided online for you. Post ahead of time for teachers to sign their classes up. If you would like for photographers to be ready prior to their start time, to photograph staff before school, please inform the scheduling office and allow for earlier arrival. Fall portraits will only be of head and shoulders. Spring Promotion portraits may include below the waist images known as half length or 3/4 length poses. 8th grade Street Clothes programs will photograph below the waste. If your student is not dressed appropriately we will do our best to compose the best possible image.
